Abstract

The radio sector is becoming a political reality conditioned by technological impacts, by a paradigm of communication subject to permanent reviews and by the role of new media platforms that lead the distribution of content. The fragmentation of the media landscape led to the digital convergence in which the traditional media (press, radio, television) with the new media associated with the Internet and mobile telephony coexisted in a single scenario, has blurred the boundaries of communication. Since the end of the last century, the scientific literature has been reporting on these great transformations of the media ecosystem.
